Clear, concise, and useful.

The UX Writing Hub team is really small, and made up of people from different parts of the world. This week, part of our team got to meet and collaborate in person for the first time!

Destination: Thailand.

The goal was to refine the course, and design a scalable mentorship operation to track student progress and share valuable feedback. We are really proud of the result, and sooo ready for our 5th course which started on Monday. 🚀

If you’d like to see a case study about creating that process, let us know!

Meanwhile, feel free to listen to my chat with Greta about how to become a UX writer on our Writers in Tech podcast.

We had the idea that it would be a great content strategy move to attract more people from outside the UX community to our website.

So, we analyzed the design and copy of some of our favorite products (the ones that I actually pay for), to understand what was so good about their copy and design.

The results can be found here in our own top 12 pricing plan page examples.

Shout out to Anja Wedberg for editing it!

In a future post, we’re going to be talking about the differences between content strategists and UX writers. But before that happens, check out What Does a Content Strategist Do by Kristina Halvorson.

Ted talks are a great resource that have taught me about holistic approaches to design, psychology, research, human behavior, and technology.

Remember that time when we launched our podcast with Oz Chen who used to work for Disney? I’m so grateful that this was our first episode and I learned SO MUCH from Oz. My favorite part was the 5 planes of content strategy, which I refer to often.
