A few years ago, we developed a free content design course called “A Taste of UX Writing”. The idea was to show people who don’t know anything about this field what it takes to be a UX writer.
From UX writing to content design
Since then, the industry has changed quite a lot. Many companies, including Facebook, Netflix, and Shopify, now call their product writers “content designers” instead of “UX writers” or “content strategists“. This change makes sense in many ways. For example, it emphasizes the fact that UX writers and content strategists who work on digital products should be part of the design team.
Our free content design course is a great place to start for people who are new to these terms and roles, but also for those who want to expand their knowledge and sharpen their skillset.
You will learn:
- What a content designer actually does
- A day in the life of a content designer
- Psychology in content design
- Content design research
The free course includes exclusive content, fun quizzes, and a challenging final exercise. Plus, you’ll get tons of free resources to help you on your journey 💡
