She previously designed content for Ancestry.com and was a book editor for many years, working on projects for Chronicle Books, Counterpoint, Soft Skull, Peachpit Press, and many others. As a writer under the name Roxanna Font (roxannafont.com), her personal essays and pieces on lifestyle, parenting, and pop culture have appeared in publications like O, The Oprah Magazine, Parents, and New York Press.
